Refund and Returns Policy
At Ara Naturals, we take great pride in the quality of our organic beauty products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Condition: The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of organic skincare and haircare, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, except in cases of a documented allergic reaction or a defective bottle/jar.
3. Free Return Shipping
We believe in our products and want you to shop with confidence.
- Owner-Covered Shipping: Unlike many other stores, Ara Naturals covers the cost of return shipping. * How it works: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label (Canada Post or UniUni). Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated location.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Send an email to reysohnanceproducts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- Label Sent: Once approved, you will receive your prepaid return label via email.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in their original box (if possible) and send them back to us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken jar or a leaking bottle), please contact us immediately at reysohnanceproducts@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (handled securely via our WooCommerce payment processor).
- Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Individual items from a bundle (unless the entire bundle is returned)
